Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayPal
The following cards are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron,
American Express and Solo.
Postage and packaging
Postage will be added automatically when you proceed through the checkout.
Postage is calculated as follows:
Up to £70.00 - £3.50 p&p
Over £70.00 - £7.50 p&p*
Over £100.00 - £10.00 p&p*
*Items of £70.00 and upwards will be posted by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
All other items will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
You will be sent a 13 digit number via email which allows you to use 'Track & Trace'.

If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase an item, please contact us before buying.
Terms
In the unlikely event that your item should reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, we will offer
a 100% refund or a replacement to the value of the piece(s) provided you email us immediately.
You must then return the piece or pieces to us within 7 days of receipt. If returning items from
outside the UK, the item should be POSTED within 7 days and received within 2 weeks.
A return address can be found on the receipt that accompanied your purchase.
Bespoke or tailored items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund unless the goods
you have received are faulty.
Due to current health and hygiene regulations, we cannot under any circumstances accept the return of earrings.
Refunds are not given for any postage or packaging charges incurred by yourself unless the item
you are returning is faulty.
Although most excises and taxes have been dealt with before we despatch your item, please note
that you are ultimately responsible for your countries customs declarations, duties, excises and
taxes. If your country applies these taxes and or excises, please be aware of them beforehand.
